Acetal (POM, Delrin)

Acetal, also known as polyoxymethylene (POM) or Delrin, is a versatile engineering thermoplastic widely employed in precision CNC machining components. It boasts high stiffness, excellent heat resistance, low friction, remarkable dimensional stability, exceptional dielectric properties, moisture resistance, wear resistance, and chemical resistance. With its outstanding machinability, it finds applications across various industries including food, chemicals, bearings, diving equipment, conventional machinery, gears, and toy parts.

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a widely used and cost-effective engineering plastic for CNC machining. It offers excellent impact strength, toughness, and good tensile strength. ABS is ideal for various CNC machining processes, including turning, drilling, milling, and sawing. As a result, ABS is increasingly utilized in consumer products and numerous components for automobiles and trucks.

Acrylic (methyl methacrylate, PMMA)

Acrylic, also known as PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate), is a well-known thermoplastic that is often supplied in transparent form. It is commonly used as a lightweight and shatter-resistant alternative to glass. Our CNC machining production lines have extensive experience in precision milling, bonding, and polishing of highly accurate component parts made from acrylic. While acrylic materials may be susceptible to failure under tensile or compressive forces, CNC milling efficiently handles complex machining processes for acrylic. Overall, acrylic finds significant applications in the optical and automotive industries due to its optical and physical properties.

Nylon (Nylon 6, Nylon 66, PA, MC Nylon)
